What dosage did you use? What preparation? Oil? Juice? Capsule? I'm struggling with this infecttion and I would like to be free of it. The Metronidizol and Tetracycline (along with the pepto bismol chewables) makes me feel wretched.

When you say you have HP in your mouth, nasal passages and throat, what symptoms do you have? I was treated in Dec with the triple therapy for 7 days and felt better for awhile but my throat still bothers me and some of the stomach symptoms are coming back.

Have had long term heartburn and indigestion. I now periodically take "Wild Oregano Oil" orally. Every couple of months, once a day with breakfast, for several days only, I take a capsule containing Wild Oregano Oil and Pure Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil. Recipe: one drop of the oregano oil into a capsule that I pre-fill with warmed liquid coconut oil. I use the coconut oil to dilute and carry the oregano oil. I always take it in the middle of the meal, as the wild oregano is very potent and must be heavily diluted. Had a spill accident one day - the w/oregano badly burnt my fingers - so "dilution" is critical!! The results have been great so far - seems to kill any/all pathogens and parasites right through the digestive immune. Have suspected for several years that I've had an H Pylori issue (no scopes or testing as yet though).

If and when you're serious about getting rid of H. pylori you'll need to invest a little money into a proper, pharmaceutical grade WILD oregano oil. What you're promoting from North American Herbs and Spice is very likely domestic oregano grown here in the U.S. that's mixed with olive oil. The strongest stuff comes from Greece or Turkey, and it's incredibly potent. Searching for pharmaceutical grade wild oregano oil on Amazon will give you some choices.
I prefer the oil. You take 2-3 drops into a mouthful of water, gulp that down quick and then take another swig otherwise it will burn like hell. There's a clip on YouTube of a mother giving her kid wild oregano oil in this manner and it works very well. The best oil in the world won't help you though unless and until you switch to an all-alkaline food/drink diet. There's a lot of things you'll have to give up for a while; coffee, sugar, chocolate, meat, tobacco (I use the E-cigarettes). Nori and kombu are extremely alkaline as are avocadoes, apples, carrots and lettuces. Eating two tablespoonfuls of coconut oil a day (1 in the morning, 1 at night) will also help clean out your digestive tract of old food.
WARNING: If you have H. pylori you probably also have candida and will need to stay away from granulated sugar, fruits and starchy carbs like potatoes, rice and cereals. The more yeast you eat the worse your symptoms will become. I was still having symptoms even when switching over to quinoa, but that should only last a week or so and then you can resume limited starches like red potatoes (lower in starch than Idaho) and quinoa. For the person who was having an infection in the mouth I believe you have a yeast thing going on there.

You can reach me on Yahoo if you have any more questions.
