People who eat a lot of meat products have a significantly greater chance of dying prematurely than those consuming low amounts, research suggests It also shows that people who eat a lot of the meat products have a significantly greater chance of dying prematurely than those consuming low amounts.

The dying chances increases because of heart problems , if you are going to eat red meat you are going to give an open invitation to heart disease that is what a recent study about heart says.
