heres an idea when they come in for medical treatment lock them up,never a reason to give them healthcare every reason to get rid of them.
while there though a good time to spay neuter and chip before deporting. they say they cannot afford to feed their families at home so help them by making them unable to reproduce.

Healthcare shoud be run by free market economy, with very limited government involvement. Individual heath care plans and NOT company plans are the future. However opening low cost clinics for basic needs are a good idea for poor people. In fact, Mexico and Cuba has numerous medical school graduates that can come and work in these clinics, if needed.

No! They are here illegally and should be deported. This opens the door for more illegal aliens to come to the US. The US can't support the welfare state of Mexico.

Here's a much better idea.

Ship all those undocumented immigrants to Mexico and Cuba for their free health care.

Oh, by the way, you should change your screen name to North American Stupid.

One problem with your plan, other than the fact that your one-world communist ideas have failed wherever they were implemented,. There are a lot of people in the US who wouldn't let a wet back walking piece of shit touch then let alone examine them.

as long as they pay for the Dr or prescriptions there is no problem.

how many US citizens go to mexico for less expensive medical treatments ? the difference is that the mexican govt doesn't pay their bill, you pay cash for your services.

US healthcare for any non-citizen should be the same as long as they pay for the services.

The law says anyone going to the emergency room must be treated. It is against the law to turn them away. They would be able to sue the hospital if they failed to do so.

One world communist ideas?? hahaha I'm a libertarian that believes in very small limited government and few taxes. A system where economic factors control the situation and government freebies and handouts don't exist.

You're 100% correct. The difference is an American citizen is sent a bill. Don't believe me? I'll tell the hospital you'll be paying my over $24,000.00 one! What's your address?

And that's the reason that over 100 hopsitals closed in CA. They literally put them out of business. Nothing is free, somewhere someone having money taken (mostly against their will) to give to someone else to pay for things. When it is taken without their permission it's called "Theft".

We should do like they do in most foregin countries for non-citizens, pay up front or no services with the exception of that to save a life.

Wrong, the law states anyone in a life threatening medical emergency cannot be turned away from the ER. Federal government will pay for the service if the patient cannot afford the care.
If a hospital treats a stubbed toe, stuffy nose, earache, or anything else non life threatening then it is on them and they can refuse ER care but they get no Federal payment. The hospital will not be held liable for anything for refusing. I am sure some dirtbag lawyer may file suit but the court will throw it out on lack of merit.
The hospital will also not be reimbursed for any follow up care, example would be someone is in the ER suffering heart attack. Hospital treats the matter then says make appointment and come back in a week for follow up. ER or not the hospital gets no reimbursement for any follow up, only for the actual life threatening matter.
Tick tock.

Look up the law, Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act. Not all hospitals are even bound to accepting non paying patients and are not legally liable if they turn them away.

ARE THEY KIDDING?!!! CA just woke up to the fact that the Cal grants that illegal aliens receive is based on a DECREASE in awards for US citizens! Not only that, they are finding that the cost of giving illegal aliens cal grants, etc., will cost MILLIONS more than first estimated...bottom line, DECEPTION!!!

Now the GIMMES are coming with hat 'n hand for health care?!!! Joke, right?!!! Do like you do in your home country, pay or die...or one American option, LEAVE!!!

The amount that illegal aliens whine about that they get in unreimbursed taxes because they committed fraud and used someone one else's ID only amount to a drop in the bucket of how much we have spent educating them for the past 12 yrs...with free breakfast/lunch/snack...with no acknowledgement! No thank you America!!!! "F" 'em!!!

The law also states:

" 8 U.S.C.§ 1225(a)(1) provides that “an alien present in the United States who has not been admitted ... shall be deemed for purposes of this chapter an applicant for admission.”

* This triggers 8 U.S.C.§ 1225(b)(2)(A), which mandates that if the immigration officer determines that the alien is unlawfully present, the alien must be placed in deportation proceedings:“In the case of an alien who is an applicant for admission, if the examining immigration officer determines that an alien seeking admission is not clearly and beyond a doubt entitled to be admitted, the alien shall be detained for a proceeding under section 1229a of this title.”

* The proceedings described in 8 U.S.C.§ 1229a are the deportation (or “removal”) proceedings of the US immigration courts."
