They obey the law including providing a life saving abortion to a pregnant women in a life threatening pregnancy or they are not worth a damn and are discriminate and misogynistic. If they are incapable of abiding by the law and think they can operate outside of it and disallow a woman her civil right to life when it can be saved then they go or they be sued out of business. Got it? It is that simple.

There are slightly over 600 Catholic hospitals in this country. Even if all of them closed, it would hardly make a dent in healthcare. There are seven or eight hospitals within driving distance of my home, and not one of them is a Catholic hospital. Let them close. Others will replace them.

<quoted text>Many of those hospitals are teaching hospitals, so many public hospitals will either have to turn down promising doctors and nurses or be over crowded and not be able to tech the future doctors and nurses correctly. And if you are in a car wreck and the ambulance will have to go another two hours, you just may lose your life. No one will be able to take over another hospital,no inst. has that much money. You are a bigot.
No, I'm not. I'm a realist. They are not "many", they are few, and really wouldn't be missed. I didn't say "take over", I said replace.

I have just ONE question, Knutter. Does the Catholic Church or these so-called "crisis pregnancy centers" provide financial support for mothers from their child's birth to his/her 18th birthday?

Now let's see you answer THAT question.

It is on topic, you are selfish, you would n't put your child ahead of yourself. A good mother would do anything for their children, anything, even giving her life. I feel sorry for your kids.
Actually, Knutter, I feel very sorry for YOUR kids. It wasn't THEIR choice to end up with a religious fanatic for a mother, it's just what they got STUCK with.

Sure I have, DanO. Do ANY of them provide financial support for a child from birth to 18 years of age? A simple yes or no answer will be enough.

They probably provide services.

So, no, they probably don't hand money out.

You could do that, I guess. The government provides some payments if needed, also.

There are "many".

Catholic hospitals supply 15 percent of the nationís hospital beds, and Catholic hospital systems own 12 percent of the nationís community hospitals. Roughly one in six Americans get treatment at a Catholic hospital at some point each year.
