There was no mention in the story why the people pictured needed free health care. Is it because they spend all the money on tattoos and are in and out of jail? A quick check on the clerk.org website shows the rest of the story. Some other man is paying child support on the older child. They also left out the mother's last name (Dowell). This is why I hate the News Journal. They only half report a story.
