I'm sorry that you and Tea Baggers don't believe in the Constitution, but that's the way it is. Deal with it.
ACA makes health insurance an obligation, not a right. The SC ruled on the Constitutionality of ACA's forcing people to obtain health insurance. The SC never ruled that health care is a right.

That doesn't make it a right, fool. If it was a right, it would be free, as in FREEDOM.

In case I missed my guess, with this mandate we have been stripped of our right to choose. The right to choose to join or not to join. I can pay my own medical expenses with cash. Up to 500,000. That should remain my right to do so.

If you have insurance you don't have to join. That's your right. If you have insurance through an employer who has colluded with an insurance company to make only one plan available to you as an employee, where's the freedom of choice?

And what if 'you' suffer a catastrophic loss in the area of 1 million?

You teabaggers always miss out..

Americans of all political stripes like choice and competition, which is precisely what the ObamaCare health insurance exchanges will create. So it’s no wonder that 80% of Americans — including 72% of Republicans — support the health insurance exchange program in ObamaCare. And that’s even before the exchanges have taken effect!

Plus, a new report shows that health insurance premiums will be even lower under ObamaCare than originally projected

There you go again Jimmy

You want me to prove that horses didn't evolve from unicorns? Wow... That is kinda hard.

That is going to have to be put on my backlog of requests behind proving that geckos evolve from dragons and my niece's barbie doll evolving from fairies.

But good luck on your hunt this weekend. I am sure you are going to bag a lot of them since Unicorns are now in every state.

pssst... make sure you plead insanity.

You are confusing me with yourself. I never said that ACORN still exists, you did, but you can't prove that.

I have proof that ACORN closed. Anyone that has read a newspaper at the time knows it's closed and no longer exists.

So how does one defund something that doesn't exist? how does one say something that doesn't exist is laundering money?

Only you can explain that Jimmy. I haven't the same delusional thought process as you, I like living and thinking in reality.

I didn't say it was a right, I said it was the LAW OF THE LAND. Public school is free as well, I suggest you enroll in one and study up some reading comprehension. When you've mastered that, you may be allowed to study Jr. High Civics. Until then, please refrain from making an ass of yourself here.

You have missed, because you are simple and a drama queen. You can still choose to do whatever you please. If you do not have private insurance, you will be taxed. This is because for decades, all the dirtbags without insurance have been receiving medical care for free and the rest of us have had to subsidize it. No more freeloaders.

I'll never understand why y'all have such a problem with mandating people pay for what they use. It's the exact opposite of welfare, yet you dummies fight against it with everything you've got. At least you're chumps who can't manage to do anything but shut down the government when you don't get your way. Good thing you're not adult and men enough to actually accomplish something. You've lost. Whining, crying, and kicking the ball into the woods serves no purpose beyond making you look foolish. Have your tantrum. The rest of us are having a good laugh.

ACORN has been rebranded (renamed). It still exists under these new names, though it uses the same financial assets that it had, the same buildings and offices, and are staffed with the same people.

This is old news. Who doesn't know this?

Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment (ACCE)

New England United for Justice (Ma, RI, Ct.)

New York Communities for Change (ACO)

Arkansas Community Organizations

Louisiana "A Community Voice"

Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment

Washington State Organize United for Reform Washington

Pennsylvania Communities Organizing for Change

Texas Organizing Project

ACORN Housing Project now Affordable Housing Centers of America, Inc.

This is reality, and it is very easy to find with a few simple key strokes. Why don't you give it a try?

All those pitiful people thought Obamacare was free too. They are so disappointed. Maybe not. They are probably subsidized by tax payers.

This is just a preview of what is coming when the dirty Democrats try to raise the debt limit again. I can't wait. There will be crying, and moaning, and gnashing of teeth, All so they can waste another trillion dollars or so. There is no end with them. All the Democrats do is waste money, and demand more like spoiled children.

You have demonstrated an amazing ignorance. You have no concept what the debt limit even is. You have even less concept of who wastes more money.
Hint: Helping sick Americans isn't wasting money. Murdering people on the other side of the world who never posed any threat to us whatsoever and sending five thousand Americans sons and daughters to die in the process is.

Go back to watching Fox News, they've got another spoonful of propaganda for you to lap up. Mouthbreathers are the easiest to spoon feed.

And yet none of those are ACORN.

Seem like you need another lesson in how things work. See when something is defunct, it's gone. It's common practice for assets and networks to be acquired by similar companies or organizations.

It's common place in the business realm. Something that I would assume that conservatives would have even a basic understanding of.

By your logic it's clear that Delta Airlines is in fact Pan Am since they own some of Pan Am's assets right? Heck, I need to inform the company that bought one my businesses that they are in fact, still my business and that I will be showing up there tomorrow to take over operations.
