Medicare people are those citizens who have worked all their life, paid into Social Security along with taxes and most pay approximately $500.00 or more for their family insurance through their employer. They also pay co-pays and percentages. When age 65, if retired, they are automatically put on Medicare and the money for part B is taken out of their Social Security check. They still have to get a supplement through private insurance to cover what Medicare does not, and from what I have read it is a lot they do not cover and they do limit with RX, tests, etc. Most can't afford Dental. So stop putting the Medicare people into the same category as the Public Assistance people. Most P/A people don't work and still collect by way of the taxpayers who do or have worked til retirement. The workers still have to pay Taxes from their Social Security check also, so again the workers keep paying.

Medicare can return to me all the money they took from my paycheck for 40 years working and paying in, and I will find a Doctor who will do what is right for their patients. Medicare limits the Doc's and the Doc's limit the seniors who have worked all their life. It's a vicious circle and the retired seniors get treated like, you guessed it, Crap.
Stop Slamming Boomers

Today on fox news Dick Durbin stated "Baby Boomers are gonna blow away our future." Meaning of course they are getting older and will be using their healthcare more. Is he that stupid that he doesn't realize most baby boomers did it the right way by working all their life and Paid into Social Security and Medicare and still pay. It sound like he wants them all to die and get it over with. How old is Dick? Of course being a politician he has the best healthcare and the baby boomers pay for that. How about stopping spending. Round up the illegals who use our healthcare that the baby boomers pay for. Stop bringing more immigrants into our country and putting them on the welfare system which the baby boomers pay for. The word entitlement is a negative word but really applies to those who get it free off the system, not the baby boomers who paid and continue to pay. Stop sending billions of dollars from the baby boomers tax money to these foreign countries who hate and want to kill Americans.
Obama vs Insurance Cos

It's been reported that Obama is meeting with all healthcare insurance companies today related to the policy cancellations. Why doesn't he also talk to them about the way they deny seniors prescription medications. I realize seniors who have Medicare with a supplement through one of many private healthcare insurance companies seem to be a thorn in their side and it appears that they would prefer the senior just die so they don't have to pay anything on them. But what they should remember is most have worked all their life and paid into Medicare which includes Medicare RX and continue to pay. Both Medicare and whichever insurance company they have for their supplement should stop trying to get rich off seniors with denials that may possibly give them bonuses.
