The anti medicaid states are Republican. Lets enact an additional tax on the Republicans themselves. A nice tax around 90 percent of their savings and an additional 50 percent on the take home pay along with 99 percent tax on any bonuses will do nicely . This will only apply to Republcan ALEC members and corporations that are ALEC associated in all states Further, any moneys paid into ALEC will be taxable at the reasonable rate of 90 percent retroactive back to the date of inception of the non profit corporation (1976) The only tax deduction allowed will be for a Norquest crying towel at no more the 25 cent for the year.
