Confusing article at the beginning but it finally highlights a problem that probably exists at far too many VAs. Lazy Doctors who fail or cannot do their own work. It has not been that long ago when these same Doctors were FORCED to enter their own notes in teh computer. Until than, someone else did it for them and they just signed off on what was there. This Doctor should be fired, prosecuted, have his/her medical license revoked for life. That I would go after every member of management who should have discovered and corrected this problem long before now.
