Well, maybe, but an awful lot of people are going to
get better health care for a lot less money. Their insurance
premiums are going down by half. For some ever more. That's
a lot of money that can be spent elsewhere in the economy.
Win win.

Not only are they going to tell YOU to buy health care INSURANCE they are going to tell YOU how YOU are going to pay for it.

Remember the ACA is about I N S U R A N C E and NOT care. This payment stipulation was more than likely a negotiation concession so the INSURANCE companies wouldn't fight the ACA too hard. This insures steady payment to INSURANCE companies.
