Indian tribes sitting in their profitable casinos and smoke shops should pay the extra insurance for all Americans (after repealing Obamacare), because Indians were the ones introducing tobacco to the White man.

So how about the pot smokers ? Meth/heroin/crack addicts ? Are they on the same bus ?
Big Mac obese behemoths too ? poopstuffers with aids ? Automobile drivers and passengers (kotsa death & injury there), gun & knife owners, alkies/. So many things caused by personal choice that in this administrations bizarro world the entire population should get charged more since everyone has some thing in their life not good for their health.
