Insurance mandatory for WVU students
He is part of a statistic which, according to the United States Government Accountability Office, shows that 20 percent of college students in the United States between 18-23 do not have health insurance.

Most students cannot afford to have a insurance policy. Why not let them at least graduate before they are forced to get a health insurance policy. Our country is definitely becoming a socialist society.
