All those seats you were counting on, because they were 'close', have seen the Democratic candidates regain their leads....due to the success of the ACA. Ask teahadist, rick scott, how those seniors in FL felt about it. LMAO.
The Unaffordable Care Act (UCA) has seen it's peak if you wish to call it that. From here, it all goes downhill such as when the reports come out about who didn't pay for their insurance and lost it, those like myself who's employer got out of providing the benefit because of outrageous premium increases these last few years, and those people that will otherwise lose their healthcare or job because of the UCA.

The empty suits poll numbers keep on dropping nearly every report. Watch and learn this November.

California requires some kind of special blend, and trucks that are not CARB compliant cannot enter....that means about half of what used to transport shit in and out no longer can. What California needs is a good enema, or an earthquake.
It could also be that many trucking companies don't want to deliver to California. They have this "No idling" policy which means if you are sleeping in the heat, too bad. You can't run your AC unless you have the special compressor that doesn't require the truck engine to run it. It has it's own engine. I understand they are expensive as all hell.

There are 157 Million residents in the labor force, approx. 62% It's impossible that 92 Million people are unemployed unless you're counting children as members of the American labor force.

The population count is 306 Million, if your numbers are correct the American labor force would be 249 Million, and have to include all citizens between the ages of 10 and 95.

Where did you get your information?

THE EMPLOYMENT SITUATION -- APRIL 2014

Total nonfarm payroll employment rose by 288,000, and the unemployment rate
fell by 0.4 percentage point to 6.3 percent in April, the U.S. Bureau of Labor
Statistics reported today. Employment gains were widespread, led by job growth
in professional and business services, retail trade, food services and drinking
places, and construction.

Household Survey Data

In April, the unemployment rate fell from 6.7 percent to 6.3 percent, and the
number of unemployed persons, at 9.8 million, decreased by 733,000.

The number of persons employed part
time for economic reasons (sometimes referred to as involuntary part-time workers) was
little changed at 7.4 million in March.

Job growth averaged 183,000
per month over the prior 12 months. In March, employment grew in professional and business
services, in health care, and in mining and logging.

92,594,000: Americans Not in Labor Force Hits All-Time Record; Participation Rate Matches 36-Year Low
May 2, 2014 - 8:43 AM

( CNSNews.com )- A record 92,594,000 Americans were not in the labor force in April as the labor force participation rate matched a 36-year low of 62.8 percent, according to data released today by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

In March, according to BLS's non-seasonally adjusted data, there were 91,630,000 Americans not in the labor force. In April, that increased by 964,000 people to an all-time record of 92,594,000. The previous record was 92,534,000, set in January of this year.

The BLS's seasonally-adjusted number for people not in the labor force--which was 92,018,00 for April--was also an all-time record. This was up 988,000 from the 91,030,000 seasonally adjusted number BLS said was not in the labor force in March.(The previous all-time seasonally-adjusted high for people not in the labor force was 91,8080,000, which occurred in December 2013.)

The Bureau of Labor Statistics has been using the same measuring techniques for years.

So what we have here is a big drop in unemployment which makes no sense unless you figure in the citizens no longer looking for a job. That ties into the one-tenth of one percent growth in the first quarter.

He mandates it and claims success. That's kind of dumb. Medical is the one institution in the world that claims to be capitalist, allows people to overcharge, passes the overcharging on to the customer, then sticks its hand out for Uncle Sam to give it more money. Sorry, if you can't make a living from serving the public, you need to move into something else. They don't believe in treatment. I'd rather money was spent on research, that's how they find ways to treat people. lmao. Criminal justice is little more than a media tale and a vacuum.

Oblamers fix to a 0.1% growth index during a recovery is to raise the minimum wage.

Did you ever interview people that earn minimum wage? They are untrained, and unskilled. These jobs mostly went to High school people just entering the labor force. Now they are people who barely speak the language, and expect $10. an hour.

It would also decrease jobs and lead to inflation. In case you haven't figured it out yet, the reason our jobs are in India and China is because we allowed unions to price us out of work. If you increase minimum wage over two dollars an hour, ultimately, everybody else's pay has to increase over two dollars per hour. More incentive for other industries to leave the country too.

Yep.

Raising the minimum wage by 25 or 30 percent will create the same ripple effect as the union mentality.

Awarding equal outcomes for any level of input breeds mediocrity.
