State health exchange deadline looms
States have until Friday to decide whether they will set up health insurance exchanges, a key provision of President Obama's controversial health reform law.

And states like Oklahoma under the guidance of their Governor Mary, refused to accept the federal money deignated to help set up the program. Now what Ms. Fallin? Slink back on your knees asking Uncle Sam to reconsider?

I noticed that in my state the exchanges will be federalized, the state does not have the money to expand medicaid so the state will not get any extra money for the poorest of the poor.
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have told states that the first three years of expansion would be fully funded beginning in 2014, with the rate dropping to 90 percent by 2020. Robinson said that Geor≠giaís share, however, would be $4.5 billion over the next 10 years and that the state doesnít have the money, nor does the federal government have the other $40 billion it would spend on expanding Georgia Medicaid.
This think is a train wreck waiting to happen. Not surprised when you consider how it was passed, the yipee yipee we won just squeaking by is not a good way to govern. Laws always need maintenance and sometimes a complete makeover, Obama has screwed us with this one.

Dr. Barbara Bellar's said it best, Obamacare: "Weíre going to be gifted with a healthcare plan we are forced to purchase, and fined if we donít, which purportedly covers at least 10 million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesnít understand it, passed by a congress that didnít read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a president who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didnít pay his taxes, for which we will be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted social security and medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese and financed by a country thatís broke. So, what the blank could possibly go wrong?"

Obamacare is NOT healthcare.
It is insurance and insurance costs A LOT of money.
So in addition to the cost of insurance, federal & state authorities are going to SPEND EVEN MORE money, to operate an exchange that should provide insurance at a lower rate.
So before EVEN ONE PERSON receives medical care, BILLIONS of dollars are being paid out as insurance and to support insurance exchanges.
What a fiasco!!
