WHAT ?????????? You must be mistaken.........
Perrywinkle has said many, many times he is OPPOSED to Obamacare.
So, you must be mistaken ....
Call Obama and ask him why he developed a tax that is designed to fail. Easy, he will jump forward and say the answer is single payer which is then full control of the citizens and who lives and who dies.

What? I don't want to pay more. But you seem you do. As long as we don't have universal plan we will continue to pay more and more you and I and all who do have insurance on own. EVERY DIME THE HOSPITAL DOES NOT GET PAYED THEY PASS ON THAT COST TO YOU AND I. It would be cheaper to pay upfront then after. JUST A FACT.
Sounds nice, but who PAYS for the poor that get it free or subsidized? We pay for it no matter what. Our premiums are going up no matter what.

OK, now I get it. The $1000 a month you pay now will drop to $380 a month (or lower). That is a, progressively calculated, 53% drop. But, only IF you count federal subsidies. Does everybody get this free federal subsidy now, or will this be implemented at a later date?
I can now safely state you obviously did not read the article, at least in its entirety.

Those rate drops had nothing to do with subsidies, but with pure competition.

Guess what - your premiums pay for all the uninsured ending up in EMERGENCY ROOMS - PAYING 10 TIMES MORE THAN IF PREVENTIVE CARE WERE PERFORMED!

Who the hell do you think has been paying?
