Oh so you don't believe anybody should receive employer sponsored insurance either. That is a fresh twist.
Some I am guessing you do not have any insurance and will just become a ward of the state one day when the inevitable happens.
You seem to have a very difficult time interpreting what people are saying.

Obamacare has been ruled constitutional by the SCOTUS. Though I "get" your argument, it's falling on deaf ears. Soon all Americans will have health coverage... what a wonderful thing!!!
Not...obviously you didn't read the fine print.

I didn't say that. I said government employees, who by the way are paid by taxpayers. Why should I have to help pay for their health insurance, without having any of my own?
It's really double dipping as we already pay for their salaries. Face it, government is too big, and with BO in charge, it will only get more bloated.

Haven't you heard about the IRS sitting on applications from Tea Party groups? Remember when they leaked information from tax application to one of their allied lobbies, the Human Rights Campaign? Remember when many mainstream news organizations used confidential tax filing against Romney in the 2012 campaign?

Romney would sign a bill defunding or delaying Obamacare; I'm sure Obama will too. If not, our government spending is limited if they can't borrow more money.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Members of Congress do not want to buy affordable healthcare because they get theirs for free.
When they passed Obamacare, the law put them and their staff in the State's insurance pools. They asked Obama for a subsidy the rest of us don't get. Obama gave it to them.

You seem to have very little knowledge of how insurance in general works, let alone Obamacare. Somehow I get the feeling that you also receive your insurance for free from your employer.
I pay for my insurance in my paycheck; health insurance is a labor expense for my employer.

I think leftist don't know how insurance works; you can't ensure your car when it has a pre-existing condition after the auto accident. Insurance is pooled risk, pre-existing condition exclusion just makes sure people don't wait until their already ill, before joining the pool. That way, its fair for everyone.

That is great for you, but it does not explain why you piss on people who pay thousands of dollars per month for the same thing you get for free.
Obamacare will increase the cost of insurance, that's why I'm against it. It will also tax medical devices, that's no way to keep health care costs low.

So you are in favor of universal coverage. That is good and it would solve everything. It would also be a boost to business since they would not have to provide coverage themselves.

Guess who still gets paid when Gov’t shuts down? Congress is the only class explicitly protected by the Constitution from financial pain in the event that, they themselves, fail to fund regular government operations. Here is an idea; I'd like them to wear lab coats in session covered with patches showing their donors. Like Race Car Drivers ... different size patches for different dollar amounts.

I just read another article saying Pennsylvania will pay the 10th highest rate for their Obamacare coverage. The truth is nobody knows how much this BS will cost or even if it will work at all. This is what happens when they rush a haphazzard bill through. You think they would learn but the Senate did exactly the same thing with this ridiculous S744 bill.

Everybody can find out exactly how much it costs just be going on line. There is no mystery.

This has been debated since Teddy Roosevelt was in office. Teddy was embarrassed because we were the only industrialized country in the world that did not have universal healthcare. We still don't, but to suggest 100 years is rushing it is unrealistic.

Who won the election again?

The only bill Romney can sign is the one that he screws over the waitress and "forgets" to leave a tip.

One state will pay the highest and another will pay the lowest.

I guess I should not be surprised you are confused.

I guess will have to wait a day but my money on the highest bills will be in the south where so many fat people who smoke can be found drinking while playing with firearms.

Louisiana good bet.

They don't know they don't care. This is the first phase of the lefty agenda plan for universal health care and/or socialism. Even if it fails they cry we have to do something. Other than free care or government health care mixing private sector insurance companies and providers that are out to make as much as they can subsidizing private INSURANCE will NOT guarantee affordable CARE.

One of the things the agenda people have been pushing is that government is good for you, government can do it better and cheaper. They've planting the seeds of socialism and/or welfare state for decades now. The ACA aka Obama Care is the biggest seed they've planted so far.

OK. So you do not like people buying their own insurance. You are also opposed to employers providing insurance.

What exactly is you position on insurance?

I don't have trouble with people buying their own insurance if that's what they want to do. I don't like the government telling me I have to buy insurance, while I have to help paying for theirs. Private employer insurance is great if you can get it, but if Obamacare goes through, most private employers will stop doing so.

All industrial countries in the western world have universal health care except one... and the exception isn't going to be there much longer.

There is something to be said for a country whose priorities is to spend something close to a $1.5 TRILLION dollars but not $600 to save the life of a child needing a tooth extraction.

That TRILLION with a T.

And you can be sure that shortsh!t Canadian in the Texas Senate wouldn't allow his kids to not have health insurance..

You wouldn't mind so much having a requirement of some drunk teenager drove his piece of [email protected] Chevy into the back of your car and put your ignorant azz in the hospital.
