I don't pay a cent for insurance, I pay much more than that as I said. You really do have a comprehension problem. I am sorry if you did not understand what I said. Maybe you can get an adult to read it to you and explain. When I say my premium increased 400% I was not the only one. All of my co-workers saw the same increase. My company tried to find a different provider but they were all even more expensive. I am sorry I confused you but the subject seems to be way over your head so it is a bit difficult to dumb down my posts for you.
Nobody has received a subsidy yet but you said that you expect your health insurance rates to go down which will be due to government subsidies that of course come out of taxpayer's pockets. Of course those who do not pay taxes don't have to worry about that.
Oh how sad. You really do not know the first thing about the ACA yet you can't stop yourself from spewing nonsense. You really should try to learn something because you are being screwed over.

You work for a company that provides insurance but you must contribute thousands of dollars a month to pay for it. Doesn't sound like a very good job or much of an insurance plan. By the way, if you were at all knowledgeable about insurance you would have known your employer was full of shit when they quadrupled your rates while the rates were going down for everybody else in the country.

The good news for you is that the ACA will provide much cheaper insurance then you are getting now. Drop your employers plan and buy your own policy. You will save a fortune.

You can't get coverage for no money, no matter what the Republicans say.
I know there are quite a few neocon idiots in the Republican leadership. I won't defend them. But I'd like to know what Republicans you refer to that say they can provide free coverage. Then again, maybe you're just blowing smoke again.

Calling Obamacare the ACA is like when they used to call communist China the Peoples Republic of China. Affordable and the Peoples Republic are about a far from the facts as you can get.

You are clueless. You really should get a grownup to explain it to you.

I find it unlikely that anybody will be able to explain why you have to pay your employer thousands of dollars a month and still think you have a sweet deal. That is something that only you can understand.

Obviously you have never had health insurance as part of your compensation package at you job. I get many other benefits as well from my employer as well. Have an educated grownup with a job explain it to you. If you know one.

I can't imagine why "an educated" person would pay thousands of dollars a month for a company provided insurance plan instead of buying the superior and much cheaper coverage through ACA.

We wonder how someone as hapless as John Boehner could be minority leader; he’s someone who made a career as a movement conservative apparatchik. In his world, following orders and getting rewarded for his obedience was what it was all about; he’s like a fish out of water to find that the rules have changed with the T-bags.

“America is going to be destroyed by Obamacare, this law is going to destroy America and everything in America, and we need to stop it.”
Rep. Paul Broun (T-Party – GA)

The idea that we had a free-market health-care system before Obamacare, and a socialized one after, is completely and utterly incorrect, bordering on insane. In 2010, before the passage of Obamacare, U.S.-government entities spent more per capita on health care than all but three other countries in the world. It's one thing to oppose Obamacare. It's quite another to believe it will "destroy America and everything in America."

You're salivating at the prospect of dumping your employees health insurance costs on the taxpayer. Of course you would back this stupid plan.

So we just learned that 28,000 Californians signed up for the ACA in the first week.

Pay no attention to that money behind the fux/rusty limbot curtain.

That's strange, because Kathleen Sebelius sure couldn't give Jon Stewart a straight answer as to how many people have purchased it. All they claim to know is that people have made accounts...not what they bought. Where are the links to substantiate your claim?

Ted Cruz, It turns out, is covered by his wife's health care policy. As a millionaire top executive at Goldman Sachs, she and her family are given gold-plated Cadillac coverage by the Wall Street giant. Goldman pays some $40,000 a year for her and Ted's policy (more than most families make in a year)— a benefit-cost that the firm passes on to us taxpayers by deducting it from its corporate tax bill. Hilarious, maybe?

You mean the 'out in the community' or door to door approach with navigators that could get a 58 dollar bonus/commission for enrollee? Or the navigators out in public with a modified ipad with private information that could be hacked?

While 40,000 out of 2,200,000 is better than 28,000 out of 7,200,000 it is still a drop in the bucket. I guess once people who do not currently pay for health insurance find out they actually have to pay for health insurance they are not interested.
