Finding Corporations have a conscious is in line with repealing the Civil Rights Act and moving America to two realities in opposite directions.

This is legal grounds to discriminate and have your doors open to the public for consumption.

If this is allowed where does discrimination stop not to mention this pushes Women's rights back about 75 years.

many religious cult members confuse freedom to practice their religion with always getting whatever they want...

when they step out of their church, synagogue, or mosque or whatever, an into the real world, they have to play by real world rules...and act like real world people...

What if your boss has a religious objection to
blood transfusions?

Or hip replacements?

Or chemotherapy?

There's no end to it.

If corporations are people with the right to religious freedom, how long before they have the right to vote and marry?

Can Home Depot register as a Republican?
Do they get one vote, or one additional vote for every employee?

What it Toys-R-Us marries Microsoft? Can they adopt GM? If they divorce later, who gets the cars?

yeah, you just keep on cheering for Obama, and defending his every gaffe...someday he will stop in and thank you. Just don't tell him you are in flyover country, and when he comes, offer him some of your home grown arugula.

It's a good thing we have a volunteer military
or corporations could face the draft in a time of war.

Can you imagine a whole corporation being forced to put
on the uniform and ship out? From the CEO down?

When have i ever defended Obama? you seem to not be dealing with reality, but then prejudice tends to do that to people...not a rational mindset that rules your thinking...

prejudice is based on years of experience....when you how the culture acts, you base your opinions on that. libs tend to get their theory from books and ponytailed ex hippy professors. The real world is different. You just keep defending him, he'll reward you someday, if he ever stops in your part of the snowdriven world.

you obviously do not understand what the word prejudice means...but then most racist bigots like you are that ignorant of your own shortcomings...

again, when have i ever defended Obama? you seem to be avoiding backing up your assertions, why?

Are you truly becoming denser with time?

Why should I as a worker or employee have to abide by the theological wishes of my employer?

An abortion is a personal decision - if the health care law encompasses all protection's, does this mean all his employees will utilize this?

Or will you now be in favor of asking an employee what his religious belief are? And based on their answer, you will disregard their résumé, regardless of qualifications, due to their religious beliefs?

Asinine train of thought you live in.

you are too wek to be able to do so...your bigotry and prejudice robs you of both intellectual and physical strength. we would call you wussies up here, then stuff your carcasses down the holes in the ice to feed the rough fish...they gotta eat too.
