Just another perfect example of the complete ineptness of those "Elected Representatives". Everything they touch turns to shit.

So let's wrap up the ACA failure with a nice little bow and say, I told you so.

The ACA which was created by the big insurance companies through their lobbyist to benefit the big insurance companies is forcing insurance companies to drop sub standard insurance policies as directed by the ACA. It is the insurance companies that wrote the law anyways. So they are now able to drop individuals claiming that it is Obamacare's fault to push individuals into a more expensive insurance policy that will increase the big insurance companies revenues and enrollment rolls.

And what have I been saying? The ACA only increases the enrollment rolls of the big insurance through the use of force. Taxation/fees is a form of force.

Now, the Democrats are trying to jump ship and distance themselves away from this while the Democrat leadership pushes forward. Are those registered democrats starting to see how Obama, Reid, and crazy ass Pelosi do not represent you? They represent the ones that give them the most money?

Now Republicans are not in the clear here. The roll out failures of the website is having the most trouble where? In Republican controlled states. Coincidence? I doubt it.

But Obama has a fix. His fix, extend the sub standard insurance policies that are affordable to people for 1 year. That's right. 1 year. After that year, this entire mess starts all over again. But here is the thing. He does not have the authority to do so. Obama cannot create legislation as he is trying to do. That act in and of itself, is unconstitutional and he should be arrested for trying.

Now here comes McLame. I swear, this dumbass just will not go away. He has a plan to repeal the entire law after the elections.***facepalm*** Well what has McLame said before while on the campaign stump for Mitt "I want to be president so bad" Romney? He was telling everyone how they were going to "REPEAL AND REPLACE" Obamacare? So what does that mean? Replace it with Romneycare. Which just happened to be the basis of Obamacare. Seriously, you can't make this shit up.

Now is the ACA constitutional? Answer: NO.

The Supreme Court ruled that individual mandate is considered a tax. And under the constitution, the Congress and levy taxes.

So how is the ACA unconstitutional?

Simple really. And this where everyone's argument fails. This is where the Lawyers failed, the judges failed, and in particular media on both sides failed.

It is unconstitutional because the Federal Government does not have the authority to create a new market. They DO ave the authority to regulate interstate commerce (meaning the market already established by the market itself). However, the Federal government cannot create a new market. And this is what the ACA does.

It creates a market where individuals are forced to purchase a product/service from a private company through a marketplace.

Starting to understand?

By definition, the merger of corporations and government is Fascism. In this case, big insurance corporations through lobbyists used the federal government to create a new market and increase their enrollment under the use of government force. Fascism.

The ObamaCARE cut outs, and complianceWaivers will swing into high gear. The House needs to submit a bill, TODAY, that nullifies all Waivers and Cut Outs.
The JOBs Report is out, minus the labor participation number. The definition changes in Administrative unemployment counting is 'just another lie'. Keep moving, there is nothing here to see.
The MSM must do a better job, providing distractions for his deming.

Boehner can surprisingly put this anti-ACA bill up for a vote, BUT NOT an immigration bill or a Jobs Bill, or anything that would actually help move us forward in the solution of actual problems!
How surprising that the GOP House only works for the wishes of the Kochs, Adelsons, Bradleys, DeVos's, the Waltons, who are NOT for the people!!!
The House GOP DO NOT work for your interests!!! They are in COnTEMPT of WE the People!! Fire them Now!!!

Most Americans agree with you. The Horrific Nightmare of realizing that Obama surrounds himself with incompetents and then ADMITS he doesn't even pay attention is stopping progress on most everything else in DC.

Having to spend so much time and energy on UNDOING the disaster that Obama's people had THREE YEARS to get right is a disgrace beyond most citizens comprehension.

Clearly, Obama represent one Chavez style socialist dictator who despise the constitution and who fights against the American people that he hates in effort to destroy the private sector healthcare insurance companies that provided reliable healthcare to more than 300 million Americans with 85% of them happy with the private sector healthcare. Nevertheless, Obama is forcing the private sector insurance companies to double their rates and triple their deductable which makes the health care unaffordable to tens of millions of American that their health insurance was cancelled by the Obama regime with the approval of the Democratic Senate and Congressmen in 2010. In fact, Obama proved to be dictator who trash the US Constitution and change the Obamacare law as he wishes while denying any rule of law in the America and pushing for anarchy and chaos that could result in the death of millio0ns of our elderly, children and cancer, heart of diabetes sick Americans that will fall to the Obama’s death panel verdict Obama is a failed incompetent president who represent agenda that seek the destruction of American, trashing the American constitution and building new world order of the sick and poor of the world on its ruins. While the spineless corrupt GOP RINOs led by the failed Mitch McConnell and John McCain will do nothing for the American people as they care for the re-election first, GOP Conservatives much stand up to the dictator and save American people from falling to slavery to the regime and America falling to bankruptcy and losing its independence to hostile regimes.

You nailed it. The main reason Progressives can't be trusted is their willingness to ignore even the obvious negative aspects of their Agenda driven policies in order to force them on the public.

The people in the middle not part of any agenda are the ones who get screwed. All those names you wrote have identical ones on the other side also. A caring progressive Dem congress would not crap on the middle class and they do that regularly. There is more respect for an unwed mother with three kids and a boatload of potential baby daddies then a family person getting up at the crack of dawn and coming home tired from work after the sun sets. Fifty years of this now. And one problem begats another problem and no amount of money is ever going to fix it without an improvement in personal responsible choices. We the People! It is We the Collectors!

This fiasco today from idiotic Upton won't be going anywhere. The Senate will ignore it and President Obama would veto it.
How about stating the facts: the GOP House is wasting your tax dollars by refusing to do ANY work! The ACA is established LAW!! Move on to working on an immigration bill, a Jobs Bill, an increase in the national minimum wage, or reinstating the Glass-Stiegal act!!!!!?????
Yes, the repugs got their way on staging yet another terrible 2-year-old tantrum once again today! But no work done!!!!!!!!!!

Elections have consequences. If Obama's handlers direct him to Veto then Obama can veto any positive legislation crafted to help the American people deal with his Litany of Lies and purposeful deception which cost millions their AFFORABLE insurance policies.

HilaryCARE has had the OPERATION and returned as a 1/2 white, 1/2 African man who found his blackness as a college student among known communists.
We must have faith in President Obama and Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, who wants to become the first female President, that they knew nothing about the United States Embassy under siege, and the day an American Ambassador along with 3 Americans were killed. At least the MSM can ask and hopefully get responses to the American guns they were investigating.
The 'primary players including the Attorney General' have been corrupted already.

>>On Thursday, he [Obama] passed a new law at a press conference. George III never did that. But, having ordered America’s insurance companies to comply with Obamacare, the president announced that he is now ordering them not to comply with Obamacare. The legislative branch (as it’s still quaintly known) passed a law purporting to grandfather your existing health plan. The regulatory bureaucracy then interpreted the law so as to un-grandfather your health plan. So His Most Excellent Majesty has commanded that your health plan be de-un-grandfathered. That seems likely to work. The insurance industry had three years to prepare for the introduction of Obamacare. Now the King has given them six weeks to de-introduce Obamacare.

“I wonder if he has the legal authority to do this,” mused former Vermont governor Howard Dean. But he’s obviously some kind of right-wing wacko. Later that day, anxious to help him out, Congress offered to “pass” a “law” allowing people to keep their health plans. The same president who had unilaterally commanded that people be allowed to keep their health plans indignantly threatened to veto any such law to that effect: It only counts if he does it — geddit? As his court eunuchs at the Associated Press obligingly put it:“Obama Will Allow Old Plans.” It’s Barry’s world; we just live in it.

The reason for the benign Sovereign’s exercise of the Royal Prerogative is that millions of his subjects — or “folks,” as he prefers to call us, no fewer than 27 times during his press conference — have had their lives upended by Obamacare. Your traditional hard-core statist, surveying the mountain of human wreckage he has wrought, usually says,“Well, you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.” But Obama is the first to order that his omelet be unscrambled and the eggs put back in their original shells. Is this even doable? No. That’s the point. When it doesn’t work, he’ll be able to give another press conference blaming the insurance companies, or the state commissioners, or George W. Bush ...
