Gays and non married people shouldn't have to pay MORE taxes while married heterosexual espicaly those with kids get more and more entitlements as years go by.

Feds need to catch on that this is fair and equitable but it is nice to see a few companies value their employees to this extent. Kudos!

I do too but in the mean time it's nice they are doing something that has immediate impact.

This is a growing and under reported trend.

Over 50 U.S. companies now offer similar measures.

Perhaps if enough of them sign on, then in a few years they can complain to Congress about the undue burden unjust Federal Policy places upon them.
