It is always wise to seek medical attention when you encounter or feel that you have osteoporosis. It is better to know early to know how to act to counter its effects. Even though bisphosphonates may be effective, some like Fosamax has been battling lawsuits because of its side effects. Learn more here http://www.fosamaxfemurfracturelawsuit.com .

Untreated osteoporosis may indeed raise the risk of painful fractures. It is for this reason that many people have come to rely on bone-strengthening medications such as Fosamax. However, reports of adverse events such as atypical fractures, a different type of fracture, but a fracture nonetheless, have started to surface in patients who have been taking Fosamax for a long-term basis. http://www.fosamax-lawsuit.net may have relevant information pertaining to Fosamax and its side effects, as well as legal actions taken by some users.
