You realize California is its own state with its own laws and can afford benefits to whoever choses to reside within it. They may not be United States Citizens but they can still be California residents. We are an amnesty state, federally undocumented aliens can also get drivers licenses now so there won't be so many hit and runs and higher insurance fees, they can get food stamps so they won't have to steal just to eat, and yeah if they need to go to the emergency room why should californians pay the bill through higher medical costs, this is California we now have Covered California which is our states version of ACA, and Medi-Cal. Don't worry about the sick and poor in our state and how we choose to take care of them. We are a federation of sovereign states, don't forget about that.

Apparently it can't afford the benefits.

Five cities bankrupt and more, including Los Angeles, considering their bankruptcy option.

And it doesn't take care of it's own, the other "56" of Obama's states have to feed their vermin, and pay to birth their illegitimate junior wet backs. If only they would take care of their own, and stay in California the whole loss would be worth it
