People are hoping the ACA will help control costs but that's exactly what it will NOT do. It wasn't even intended to control COSTS. It was an INSURANCE bill, the INSURANCE companies are still paying the health care industry reimbursements based on uncontrolled/poorly regulated costs.
The ACA was an INSURANCE bill. It was NOT a health CARE bill. They are two different things. The bill addresses WHO will pay but not HOW much for WHAT.
