Will the sumposium address those businesses which shall have no choice but to shut down, go out of business, and disappear?

Businesses with less than 50 employees don't have to offer it, and there are subsidies available if they would like to.

If they has voted the public option then this wouldn't have been an issue. Employers could be out of the loop of insurance and concentrate on growing their business. Not sure what the democrats were thinking.

they were thinking it wouldn't pass congress as a 'public option', and there were probably enough DINO's to make the assumption correct
perhaps when only millionaires can afford health care the country will wake up and cut out the middlemen
