Ruffer owns eight Five Guys restaurants in the Raleigh-Durham, N.C. area and reportedly said he has put his plans to open new stores on hold.

Hmm the same folks that say there's nothing wrong with "employer based healthcare" are the the employers who don't want to provide it because of costs. Yet do nothing to attack those costs. Please, Mike Ruffer, let's have the least healthy people handling food.

It already costs about $10. to get a burger there. As a smaller business, he could probably get in the exchange.

He is just greedy like most franchisees. Many mutilplier owner frachisees make more money than they know what to do with it and they are working hard to avoid the Affordable Care Act.
