No, I know he's a conservative. I'm a Libertarian. I saw him on tv in the 60's when I was a kid so I am very familiar with him. He was a rabbi as nearly all his male relatives are. I read that he spoke like any other New Yorker, but specifically acquired that thick Jewish accent, and that his relatives do not speak like that.
Speaking of stand up comics, do you remember and did you like, Jackie Vernon ?(I did) LOL
Yes, the late, overly plump Jackie Vernon. Fairly soft-spoken and low-key for his time, and his girth. It was sad to lose him.

Jackie Mason wouldn't have been the first comic to develop a comic style.

Now I have to come up with a Libertarian comic. Hmmmm..........Ron Paul?

I saw him live, as well. I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe. That was a while back.
I used to have several of his LP's in the early 70's when I was a teen. I remember exactly where I was when I heard he had died.:( standing on line at the DMV on Route 112 in Medford on Long Island.

I saw George Carllin at Westbury Music Fair years ago. He was also one of my FAVS.
Carlin started out as a typical borsht comic, but soon morphed into the superb comic monster he came to be.

When you see a re-run of George Carlin, have a respirator handy.

No, the President didn't lie; but the republican pundits do nothing but.

Most of the programs Obama advocates and pushes for caters to freaks, weirdos, and the lunatic fringe element of society. No wonder the rest of the world is laughing their azzes off.

Isn't it a little unfair if the hated Obamascam only covers married gay people when they cannot marry in so many states? See. I believe it should cover everyone, politicians included, or cover no one. This is America, not some 3rd world country.

to quote Hedley Lamar, Jackie was a little too jewish, but to most of us hillbillies in the south, he appeared to be the typical yankee/jew. Now for funny stuff, us rednecks had Dave Gardner, known as brother Dave, once a preacher, he decided to become a stand up comedian, and most of his stuff is true deep south. His stories about the haunted house, and the motorcycle up the side of the mountain are true classics.

And I still say snagglepuss was the first openly gay cartoon character. too swishy to be otherwise.

No not mine. You queers like little boys. It's common knowledge. Just wonder why you queers are like that. You scare me.
Not me, nor anyone I know. If they're under 45, I send them home to mature a little more.

Why ANY adult is sexually interested in children is beyond me. I note you ignore adult men who go after young girls, but since that is, you know, HETERO, it's "JAKE" with you.
