Why don't you tell me how it works, because I see it working just fine once you weed out the non productive. Even with 13% of the Government sitting home waiting for the shut down to be over, and another 18% sitting home waiting for the mailman to bring their freebies, people are shopping, working, paying taxes, educating their children, and making a better country then they had last year. See we know the Obama reign won't last forever. and we want to be ready to hit the ground running in 2017 when the corrupt Chicago people get on the train to go back home. The Republicans have pretty much brought the incompetents to a halt. All they have to do is hold, or slow the Obama people to a bit of gridlock for the next few months.
