Kaiser Permanente announced this statement themselves. Is that not unbiased? They don't offer certain diagnostic tests or treatments because of profit margins. Have you ever noticed the long lines at the pharmacy and labs? It's not because they are excellent in helping people getter better. It's a misperception they promote. If you don't want to be thought of as a profit margin and actually want to get better look elsewhere.
