Problem:: headache starts when I go to bed. Sides of head, forehead, behind eyeballs, top of my head, sides/back of my head, a bit of my neck... The pain gets better when I am NOT lying down.
Cure:: I lied down on my "back", on the floor for a week. Just used a sleeping bag on the floor(not too much cushion). This will fix spinal misalignment if any. Then, I rolled my stainless steel thermos(2.5"diax10"l ong) in a scarf(very little cushion around the thermos) and used it as a neck roll. No pillows. This "not-so-soft" neckroll played a big role in getting rid of my headache. |
