Headaches 24/7

I am a seventeen year old with headaches everyday for three years. It started with a simple headache that never went away and the pain increasing. I've been to the doctors and they all tell me it's a migrane. But I think other wise. I don't ever feel like I'm going to throw up or anything and they medicine they give me never works.

I'm so sad to hear about your pain. I have been suffering a constant headache for 9 years - from about 15. I understand how awful it is. I have a post called "chronic daily headaches for 9 years" with a few comments that may or may not help you.

All I can say is just keep trying to find the solution! Keep asking questions and trying many different treatments. I had a few years off from doctors and now I wish I hadn't. It's really important to find a gp that understands the headaches are constant and not migraines. Go and visit lots of doctors, and remember you know your body and you know you don't feel well so do your best to emphasize that your pain is everyday.
