Does Listerine prevent sickness?
Listerine's slogan is "kills germs that cause bad breath," but could it really kill the common cold or flu? Recent blogs have suggested gargling twice a day with Listerine or salt water can really cut down on getting sick.

I definitely agree that taking care of your mouth helps to prevent sickness. I know that one bacteria and diseases are in your bloodstream (which can come from your mouth) its difficult to fix it. I prefer mouthwashes that dont have alcohol in them, its less intense and doesnt give me dry mouth, which leads to more bad breath. I like therabreaths mouthwashes, theyre more gentle and dont contain alcohol.
