I definitely agree that taking care of your mouth helps to prevent sickness. I know that one bacteria and diseases are in your bloodstream (which can come from your mouth) it’s difficult to fix it. I prefer mouthwashes that don’t have alcohol in them, it’s less intense and doesn’t give me dry mouth, which leads to more bad breath. I like therabreath’s mouthwashes, they’re more gentle and don’t contain alcohol.
