The sad thing is that most people don't realize that their breath smells bad till they are informed of it! What people need to do is make a conscious effort to prevent it from happening in the first place.

Actually, after almost 40 years of bad breath, I woke up one day and felt like having cooked pasta with a vinaigrette sauce on it. And that took care of my bad breath..Not sure if the vinegar that is in the sauce but I tell you that of allthe other things I tried, natural and medical medicines, nothing worked except the vinegar, Hope it works for you too..

You can get rid of bad breath by drinking many glasses of water everyday, avoiding spicy foods and chewing on herbs such as parsley and basil. If you want to know more about how herbs can eliminate your bad breath, then read this article:

To cure the bad breath you need to brush twice a day before breakfast and after dinner. You need to clean tongue as well by scraping or brushing. These are the best temporary solutions. A better method to treat bad breath is to interrupt the bacteria’s chemical production of odors by the introduction of oxygenating compounds to your oral environment. Oxygen is lethal to the bacteria that cause bad breath because they are anaerobes and cannot survive or function in the presence of oxygen. There are mouthwashes and toothpastes that contain oxidizing agents such as chlorine dioxide or sodium chloride to neutralize volatile sulfur compounds and help control odor causing bacteria found in the mouth.

It is the best way to cure the bad breath.

If you have something called SIBO (Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) which is causing bad breath its not a good idea to take pro biotics. The small intestine operates best with less bacteria. I spent loads of money on probiotics for this problem and although they settled my stomach they didn't cure my breath problem. I then found some info from who say don't take them. Ive changed my diet and taking supplements and I am now bad breath free.

I suffered bad for a number of years! People would cover or wriggle their nose every time I would speak to them or they would try to avoid me! I tried to sit away from people or be near them because the smell would come out of my nose! It was disgusting! I was depress for a long time! I had my tonsils removed because I had tonsil stones and I thought it was from that! But the bad breath continued! I tried everything you can think of out of desperation! Doctors, dentist and specialist didn't help one bit! I spent so much money. I became anti social, no friends, and very depressed! Then the breakthrough...I read about Apple cider vinegar and how it kills bacteria in the mouth because of its anti septic properties! It also helps to digest food! After I brush and floss my teeth, I take a tsp of acv and swirl, gargle and push it between my teeth especially the back (I found it's very smelly there). I spit it out! The first time I did this, I woke up in the morning and there was a huge difference in the smell of my morning breath! It didn't smell that bad! I had my usual cup of warm water and then breakfast! I noticed my breath wasn't smelly at all! It basically worked straightaway! I didn't want to get too excited and so I repeated everything I did that night and I can finally say that it has cured my bad breath! I also now have tsp of vinegar in my cup of warm water every morning! And when I have salad, I use acv as my dressing added with olive oil! I am so thankful I came across acv and I'm not afraid to talk or sit next to people now! I know this is very long but I wanted to share my story to help others! Having bad breath ruined my life and I don't want anyone to feel the way I did! If this helps anyone in anyways then I am happy for them!

One of our family dentist recommend me to use mouthwash and brushing twice a day. Before a month only there was a mobile dental care program organized in my kids school to keep them healthy.

There are a number of things that can cause bad breath. Generally poor oral hygiene is most common for bad breath. If bacteria build up in your mouth, the toxins produced can cause your breath to smell. Practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Cut down Cheese and other dairy products which are typically high in protein, produce bacteria and cause bad breath. Drink lots of water, Water can flush out food particles that remain in the mouth after meals.

After 40 years of dealing with bad breath and all that comes with it, I tried swishing wine around my mouth and gargled with it a couple of times a day for few days. That alone took care of it and I have been bad breath free.
