Halitosis is an enemy you don't want to have. It alienates friends, affects your social life, and can even be an obstacle to the progress of you're career. Let me know if you have any questions about overcoming this oral nightmare.

Hi Behn,

For any oral regimen to work, you must use it consistently. I have therabreath and it does work for me. Do you use any other oral care product while you use it? If you use therabreath toothpaste with listerine for example, the alcohol cancels out the effect. I've been using the system and it has worked wonders for me. Brush three times a day, scrape your tongue and use the oral rinse. Be sure the brush your teeth for about two minutes and rinse for about sixty seconds. Carry the gum, mint or breath strips with you to be sure.

Have you tried visiting your dentist? It could be caused by plaque build up, cavities or even gingivitis. It might also be a nasal problem, or tonsil stones. A good place to start would be to have your teeth cleaned professionally. To fight gum disease, periotherapy ( www.periotherapy.com ) is available to strenghten and repair your gums. I've used it myself and it lessened my bleeding in just two days of use.

Hope this helps. Thanks.

i have tried therabreath it has made things even worse than before.actually, the good breath held for about 2weeks and it came back more devastating then ever.i tried scraping my tongue,it seemed to work but after 3 months i had to stop because my breath was so bad that i even considered suicide.now every day is a challenge, how to get by and not offending others.i have quit eating and drinking of about 80 percent of my daily food and drink trying to get by.

Don't let your mouth problems get the better of you. Bad breath is a problem, but it's not that big of a problem would justify suicide. Please hang in there and try to be positive.

Did you stop using the products all of a sudden? That may be the cause. You were doing good the first two weeks you said.

My best recommendation right now is for you to see a good dentist. And fight your depression/feelings of inadequacy. Halitosis is a disease, it has nothing to do with who you are, and it can be cured just like other diseases. Don't despair. May God be with you as he always is.

I think I am on the verge of overcomeing Halitosis. I use a product that requires an intake of 2 litres of water with it. It stopped my incredibly bad breath within a week and over three weeks it only come back once. I think I know what causes it and how to overcome it........are you interested

I take a product for Halitosis...not specifcally made for that condition but it works. It revolves around natural products and an intake of 2 litres of water a day. My breath was like a sewer. Within a week my mouth had a watery clean feeling that I had not felt for years. Over the last 3 weeks I have only had one day when it did not work, but I know why and remedied it immediately.

anyone interested?

I've been suffering bad breath since I can remember. Eveyday is a challange, at work and at school. Nobody wants to talk to you or even get close to. Just recently I found a dentist that treats halitosis in New York.(google halitosis clinics in New York) I was very optimistic that I have finally found the cure for my bad breath. The product that he gave me is called Oxyfresh.( oxydental.com or oxyfresh.com ) It has help me a little but not completley. You can give it a try it might work for you.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you should brew thyme tea for twenty minutes maximum. You can simmer tea, optionally. Ensure to get strong colour of thyme tea.

I hope that thyme tea helps with your bad breath.
