THERE ARE CERTAIN STEPS U HAVE TO TAKE TO GET RID OF IT! I HAVE SOME TIPS THAT WILL HELP CONTROL YOUR HALITOSIS. HALITOSIS IS SOMETHING THAT EVEN IF U GO TO THE DENTIST, WON'T CURE. SPECIALIST SAY THAT HALITOSIS ISN'T CAUSED BY NOT BRUSHING UR TEETH, BUT IT COULD BE THAT U MAY HAVE SOME TYPE OF KIDNEY OR INTESTINE PROBLEMS. I KNOWN PEOPLE THAT DON'T BRUSH THEIR TEETH, AND THEY STILL DON'T HAVE BAD BREATH. ME MYSELF HAVE SUFFER FROM HALITOSIS, FOR 7 YEARS NOW, BUT I KEEP IT UNDER CONTROL. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THAT U HAVE TO DO IS DRINK PLENTY OF WATER THRU OUT THE DAY. THAT ALWAYS HELPS ME. TAKE A BOTTLE OF WATER WITH U EVERYWHERE U GO. IT WILL HELP. IF U WANT TO GET SOME MORE TIPS ON HOW TO AID FOR UR HALITOSIS. U CAN CONTACT ME ON MY E-MAIL. FELL FREE TO ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS, AND DON'T BE EMBERESSED BECAUSE UR NOT ALONE! Dont all thank me at once because I found a real solution that really works. It doesnt mask the problem, it stops it cold. I'm still in disbelief and love it. Its a product called Smart Mouth, available at RiteAid and Walgreens in my area. It is so awesome, go get it and have someone you trust tell you if it works. My girl cant believe how I dont even have morning breath anymore! And trust me, my problem was as bad as it can get.

I have had very positive results with THERABREATH and PROBIOTIC K-12. Both are really top of the line formulas and are used world-wide. The PROBIOTIC is a particularly powerful item. It actually encourages the growth of healthy bacteria in your mouth that create pleasant odors!

I would advise you to check out THERABREATH from DR KATZ. It is amazing. Check out www.drkatz.com or www.therabreath.com . You can also go to your local Walmart or Target and ask them to show you the 'PREMIUM ORAL CARE' aisle, where you can find specific products to address your problem.

Good luck!

Bad breath has been clinically proven to be caused by VOLATILE SULFUR PRODUCING BACTERIA that live on the back of your tongue. It has nothing to do with your digestive system unless you are actively belching up stuff (in which case you should see a doctor, as it could be an ulcer or something serious). To wipe out bad breath, you need to kill these BACTERIA. Most of the premium oral care systems out there that involve a tongue scraper, toothpaste, and mouthwash regimen will do the trick. As editor of this TOPIX forum, I personally recommend THERABREATH from DR KATZ. It changed my life!

Check out www.drkatz.com or www.therabreath.com for more information, terrific articles, and good deals on their products.

From what I understand, the Halimeter is an instrument to measure the volatile sulfur compounds (VSC) in a clinical setting.

Users will have to use the Halimeter in conjuction with a thorough history and physical examination. This will allow the doctor to determine the appropriate prescription for your condition.

Check out www.badbreathkiller.com for other bad breath articles.

Speaking of bad breath articles, there is this blog that I read that contains great info about bad breath causes and cures -- it is owned by Dr. Harold Katz, world's bad breath expert. Through this blog I found Therabreath, the only real solution to bad breath. Check out http://blog.therabreath.com .

Readers be ware. As I read through some of these comments about cures and simple remedies guaranteed 100% results, a true chronic bad breath sufferer can spot a quick sale attempt. Come on lets go deeper to the cause. Bad breath is a symptom of a condition signifying that something internally is wrong. Because it is not causing people to drop dead, those who don't suffer from it really could care less. Too many people want to just make money off of us which eventually leads to false hope. From this point on true sufferes lets start posting details on our life experiences so they can know how very serious this condition is and maybe this will trigger someone with true efforts and actions to come forth with a study and scientific results!!!!!!!!!!

The only remedy I've found to really work is Therabreath. I dare you to try it. You won't be sorry. It eliminates dry mouth and that awful, bitter metallic taste that you have after you eat. I've tried everything, and it's the only thing that's worked for me. More info at http://blog.therabreath.com

Hi,
I have this crazy connection with MesoPlatinum and bad breath. Could it be possible that the tissue regeneration capability of MesoPlatinum be the reason for the cure (at least for chronic halitosis like Keith's condition)? I know that chronic halitosis is caused by different factors but maybe halitosis like that of Keith's could be cured by this MesoPlatinum thing. I am also suffering from bad breath. I am not trying to convince anyone and I do not have any proof. I haven't tried MesoPlatinum myself. I just want to open this because maybe some of you also have inputs on this issue. Actually, I was not born with this condition. I remember that this condition started when I ruptured something in my throat somewhere. On some people, MAYBE this could be caused by excessive shouting or singing. I also had a fish bone stuck on my throat/vocals before. Again, I'm not here to convince anybody. I just feel threads like this are a big help for people with this condition. It's a way for us to share ideas and get ourselves a cure. So please share some more of your ideas, cures, and experiences. Thanks.
