Im not sure as to how long I've had bad breath, but it was brought to my attention about 7 years ago. My life has gone downhill since then and I'm only 26. Im not able to talk to anyone up close or even several feet away without them covering their nose or grimacing. I no longer have friends anymore because I suppose they feel disrespected by my breath. I understand why they would rather ditch me then be my friend. The hardest thing about it is, wherever I work, Im known as the guy with bad breath. My family even looks down on me and make fun of me behind my back. Im actually a really cool and down to earth guy, with a good work ethic and goals in life. I just feel that opportunities are far and few because of this single thing, Bad Breath!! I know people that steal, lie, cheat, and hurt, yet I'm the most disgusting and despicable one out of them all, go figure.

If you have bad breathe, I recommend washing your tongue and rinsing your mouth with a small amount of Hydrogen Peroxide 3% mixed with water

I had done exactly that, but from 8th sept, 2013, i am now on the fresh breath side of life. I followed the procedure on this site ' bye-halitosis.blogspot.com '.
It is now the day 3 and my mouth extraordinarily fresh.

I tried mouth wash, floss e.t.c thinking they could eliminate it but actually this just support good dental care but are not a single weapon to eliminating bad breath.

.So I want to know what causes the breath in my mouth.
Try this simple procedure at ' bye-halitosis.blogspot.com '. It worked for me. I had tried mouth washes, antibiotics, e.t.c.
I am now in my third day and my breath is surprisingly fresh.

Please remember that knowing about the source of the problem is the first step of eliminating bad breath. Do you think that it is from the throat? Did you check your tonsils? Do they have crypts where they can keep what is knows as tonsil stones? What about the space between the teeth? what about the tongue?. This is not like a medical consultation from a doctor but trying to help you because we are all humans.

I've read this article and now I'm a bit scared - is really not flossing on regular basis connected with heart disease? Where can I find more information? http://theshawnstevensonmodel.com/health-bene...

You know, if you quit smoking you would get wood. You are trying to convince people to do something illegal. Customs does not scrutinize your package???? Get real. You are trying to get hardworking smokers to part with their cash and financial information and give it to a bunch of crooks.

BLACK TEA (Tetley's British Premium Black Tea is the best). Take two cups per day, with 2 tea bags per cup for 2 weeks. BB, BO, and Tmau 1 and Tmau 2, will be put into remission as long as you drink black tea. A teaspoon of sugar is optional. If you cannot stand to much caffeine, gargle with a solution of black tea or drop about 4 or 5 tea bags of black tea in your very warm bath water.
If If possible sip on black tea throughout the day or take you a canister of black tea with you. Or you could keep a few tea bags with you when you go to a restaurant and ask the waitor to bring you hot water with your meal. The best way to drink black tea is at room temperature, cool, or cold.
Always check with your doctor if you have or take medications that might be voided out or rendered less effective or that might cause excitability because of the caffeine in black tea.
Last but not least you will notice a difference in peoples reaction to you. They will not exhibit signs of disgust around you because they won't smell you.
NOTE: Dannon's Activia probiotic yogurt will greatly enhance the drinking of black tea when it comes to eliminating foul breath and chronic body odor.

STOP SMOKING!...then you won't have smoker's breath! Gum, mouthwashes, mints, and sprays only makes a smoker's breath smell worse! Usually if you are a heavy smoker, the nicotine odor will be in your clothes, skin or pores, hair and your surroundings. Frequent baths, and quitting or stopping your nicotine habit will significantly help with BO and BB.

curing candida will cure bb, but it aint easy. will and discipline is important to get cured. a month of cleansing, then 6 months with the herbal rotation, and forever candida diet. heres the herbs that i used, goldensel, echinesia, garlic oil, grape seed extract. while taking those herbs in a weekly rotation, im also taking, multivitamins and acidophilos. its important to keep a strict candida diet in order for this therapy to work. i had bb for 6 yrs and now im cured.
