I have Gout . . . should listen to my Wife?

It's been a while since I've had an attack but I remember times when I was having an attack, my wife (girlfriend then) tried to tell me what to do and I was not having it. Since then, letting her feed me right and listening to her has helped change the picture dramatically.

How involved in your War on Gout is your Wife?
