Gout related issues - In response to my previous post. The contractor I have given MonaVie to has used two bottles and has no more pain in his hands and has order two more bottles to double up on the dose and get rid of the gout in his feet. As of yesterday 9/8/2006 he stated that he could move his big toe and was sleeping better and feels more energy. If you need more information please refer to www.thegreatproduct.com/drinkacai

for the MonaVie opportunity password on the above site is Freedom. This product is growing in support and is really amazing. Get a bottle and try it or email me at [email protected] and I can set you up a small order to try. One bottle will make you feel better .... a case will change your life. Don't wait!!!

I highly recommend MonaVie to anyone looking at starting their own business. With such a small sign up fee and no ongoing costs required to make money you really have nothing to lose. Plus it is a great product which really works, just do a search for MonaVie testimonials on the net and you will discover for yourself just how effective this product can be.
So get involved you won't regret it!

Acai berry is such a great fruit from Brazil that tests have been conducted which revealed acai killed cancer cells. Acai provides benefits like enhances sexual drive, energy level, boosts the immune system, etc. If you would want to learn the complete list of acai benefits visit http://www.acai.vg

What a crock. Distributors will tell you anything to sell their product. Disgraceful.

Ask them how much Acai juice is in Monavie. They don't know. Monavie won't tell them.

You could be getting almost no Acae Juice.

Ask for a blind study comparison of Monavie's products to anyone else's. They won't have one.

Ask for one independent true medical study connecting Acai with the reduction of any disease and you will only find one petri dish study that killed some leukemia cells.

There are people in South America where teh Acai makes up like 40% of their diet. Ask them for the demographic study that shows they have lower incidence of heart attack, cancer and a longer lifespan than Americans.

Finally, ask about Network Marketing and the Amway folks that are being sued right now that have joined up with Monavie.

Tons of products out there. Only Monavie says they are the best. Go figure.

Interesting name, Harry Houdini.. lol

Based on your name, you have likely pulled your opinion of Mona Vie out of a hat. I'm more skeptical of opinions like yours from someone who perhaps has little or know experience with a product than I would be of a product that is reportedly helping thousands of people feel better. I am a drinker of Mona Vie. I make my statement based on my experience with the product and friends & family who are finding tremendous results. It's not a miracle elixer. It's simply the right food to put in the body to let the body do what it's suppose to do.
I don't know if Mona Vie is the best, but it's the best for many.

Perhaps Harry Houdini is simply a MonaVie basher representing a competitor. That negative response smacks of someone with an axe to grind. Does anyone really suppose that a person should be that negative about a product that nobody is forcing them to use. What is there to gain from this bashing?...hmmm

How sad that you have a negative bitter attitude. I have personally seen people use this product and they have had tremendous results. What you are so negative about is what God has put on the earth God designed food to nurish our bodies and Mona Vie happens to allow us to put things in our bodies that we may never have the opportunity to do without it. I hope you try Mona Vie it might put a smile on your face and a spring in your step!!!!!

Was Skeptical

There are skeptics (I was one) and there are cynics. Skeptics are cautious and curious but open to learn and make an educated evaluation. A cynic, as defined on Wikipedia -" "cynic," implying a sneering disposition to disbelieve in the goodness of human motives and a contemptuous feeling of superiority."
Let's keep helping open minded people, skeptics as well, but avoid cynics. However, I will address his two main points to help others out there that might benefit from the answers: 1)'Ask them how much acai...'= the ingredients list is listed in order from greatest % per volume to least. Therefore, Acai and Acai puree are the two major ingredients. You will never know the exact amount because that would become a 'recipe'. Ask Coke Cola for the exact amount of caramel color in their product and I doubt Harry will get an answer from them. Crock? No. Prudent.
2) While a double blind study has recently been conducted and results will soon be released, I based MY decision on what it could do SCIENTIFICALLY on third party information about fruits. Take the well documented medical papers published on antioxidants, add in the USDA test that the acai berry is off the charts, then mix in the USDA/U of CA studies that say the acai used by MonaVie is indeed better than all the other acai used and you have an answer to why I got involved.

I just heard from a friends step dad... who had been extremely skeptical when his wife brought home a case of MonaVie... but she "forced" him to drink it and his gout was diminished in 1 month, and gone in 2 months.
He's still not a fan of network marketing... but skeptics are skeptics... they need their own personal positive experience before they can get behind it. Obviously Harry Houndini has made up his mind... with some pretty dumb statements...
How many more studies do you need about the health benefits of getting more fruit into your diet?????
MonaVie is a food... not a drug or medicine... it's not a cure... it's just good nutrition. Gout is KNOWN to be aided by high fruit consumption... yet 95% of americans don't eat enough fruit. MonaVie is simply nutrient-dense fruit in a bottle.
So I agree with several of the posters above... all you have to do is try it... I'd suggest buying 8 bottles, drinking 2 oz in the AM and 2 oz in the PM and you'll have yourself your own 2 month personal test and testimonial. And yes, we're all selling it... but we're fans because we first had a great product experience. You can read more about the juice at www.monaviehealthblog.com and there are "retail" purchase links there as well

Negative sounding or not, and maybe he is a competitor. Who cares, his points are sensible and raise some valid questions that should be asked of any dietary supplement, herb or natural product that makes such fantastic claims to good health.

The Company should be able to answer basic questions such as how much Acai juice, and any responsible and legitimate health product (Or nutritional product in this case), should be able to produce independent double blind studies to validate their claims. The studies of south American cancer rates for example would only act to increase the popularity of the drink and boost sales for all distributors. Why not?

Otherwise,
skeptics like me who have not tried it but know many who have will continue to be convinced that the effects are "Placebo" in nature and are part of the companies "Network Marketing Hype" strategy to gain huge profits for fools like yourselves.

I certainly hope that for all our sakes I am wrong but Im not taking anyones word for it without proof. Isn't that why so many Americans today are inhaling so many Pharmaceuticals without questioning their health professionals?

Good Health

I just started to drink MonaVie because a friend of mine joined. He gave me a bottle and I am taking the recommended dose. I have done a lot of research and seen that Acai is a very healthy berry.
I have nothing wrong to say about Acai, but the companies that are distributing them seem somewhat skeptical. I called MonaVie and asked if they sell it commercially (i.e. Your local supermarket) and they told me no because it would effect the Networking of their product.
I thought to myself,' How would that effect the networking of the product?' and I could not come up with any reason.
I wanted to know if any of the Distributors have made money through their Pyramid Legs.

I am a MonaVie distributor and it concerns me what some people are claiming about this product. MonaVie is a good product, and I feel it is worth the price per bottle, but we need to keep things in perspective here. I just hope the company enacts some policies to discourage overhyping the product to others.

I urge everyone to do their own research, with whatever company they are considering. Use your potential sponsor as one source of information, the company website as another, and objective third-parties as another.

If you are reading this thread and are on the fence about whether this is the right company for you, please know that not all distributors are full of hype. Some of us are treating this like a business, and are careful to act responsibly. If you'd like to have your questions answered honestly, feel free to contact me through my website at www.GetTheBlend.com .

Recently became a distributor and really enjoying the product. My wife and I are sleeping better and feeling better. My mom is drinking it as well and is seeing improvement in her energy level and her sugar level (she is diabetic). Not saying it is a miracle product, and it is not touted as such. I just know that the benefits for us have been very good so far.

As for making money in the network, I will be getting my purple debit card in the mail this week with my first deposit.:)

My upline of personal friends have been making money for quite some time. My only disappointment is that I didn't get in sooner.

Mona Vie is fruit juice, including some unstated amount of the miracle botanical du-jour, acai. It is first and foremost a multi-level-marketing machine. That is also it's second and 3rd claim to fame. Wake up folks wishing up miracle cures doesn't work. The only miracles happening are at the top of this MLM pyramid where the top 1% are making money. Truth is, the real average joe is around $14 a week.
