Possibly California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas should charter buses and give free transportation to all crossing the border illegally who would appreciate being in a state and city that would welcome tens of thousands of immigrants a year as do these states. It would be a blessing for Idaho and Boise to have a million new residents every few years to feed, to educate, to provide health care for, and to create jobs for. It sounds like a match made in heaven.
