Ky. legislator takes aim at foreign laws
The laws in Kentucky and the United States Constitution take precedence over foreign laws, according to a bill pre-filed by Kentucky Rep.

"Kings bill, labeled Bill Resolution 66, states a court, arbitrator, administrative agency or other adjudicative body or authority shall not enforce a foreign law if doing so would violate a right guaranteed by the Constitution of this state or of the United States.
Doesn't the Constitution already prohibit a judicial body from enforcing a law that violates the Constitution?

Yes. It does. This is a stupid stupid waste of time. Education, environment, prisons, pensions, roads are all bigger more important issues than crap about someone's mothers brothers neighbors friend hearing that some guy in another state said that the UN's treaty was gonna strip us of rights.
But it's another photo op and a blurb in the paper so it's all good, eh?

why is it , that there are so many foreigner in the usa that is drawn ssi , food stamps , and public assistance ,,,, and then the goverment want to cut what the america have made in there life .
