Mainstream Christianity is normally used for 'non-Catholic' Christianity. Do you know why? I'll tell you since you don't know why or you wouldn't have referred to the RCC as mainstream Christianity.<quoted text>Salaamz Little or No Surprize LOL! Just exactly Who did you think i was referring to? The Baptist? Seriously Who comes to mind when one mentions "Mainstream-Christians " The catholics ! Certainly not the Mormonz. My ignorance is huge and consists of many things,Pathetic is not amoung them. However the direction you,re going with your impudent attacks upon my personna is leading you to the very same place of pathetic.Perhaps instead of low-blowz you could bedazzle us all with your einstein-like mentality,LOL! You had a good start here with the catholic business but waned and blew yourself out over getting ignorant!LOL! It justly serves you right. Cheerz
Mainstream Christianity is made up of that part of Christianity that has no ties to RCC. Mainstream Christianity doesn't follow a pope. They usually don't believe in having statues of the apostles in their churches as do use the RCC. Their clergy usually don't dress up in fine robes and wear large shiny crosses of silver and gold. And mainstream Christianity believes in female ministers.
Catholics might think of themselves as mainstream Christianity but the rest on non-Catholic Christianity likes to call itself mainstream Christianity.
So your ignorance is excused :)
