Harmon, you are a great man and have always been the best role model. I met you in 1984 and you treated me like I was your brother.

Thanks Killer

A sad day. But the memories will last a lifetime. A true leader, sportsman and the Mr. Twin. Miss Mauer would do well to try and copy some of his actions.

Bad, bad news! I'll always remember his calm nature - and his 'moonshots'! And his kind stadium video tribute to Thome, who had just past him on the all-time homer list - Thome was touched.

If we had spent the trillions we gave to Wall St. to "bail-them out" under Bush and then much more under obama, we have been able to come up with cures for most cancers by now. Our priorities suck. Cancer kills thousands a day, but don't let those Wall St. folks miss their bonuses.
And yes, I'm a conservative. We see and hate corporate cronyism more then the left who thinks obama can do no wrong.
The reason we want to keep our own money is because the gov. otally wastes it.
Go away. Can't people like you just leave politics out of anything. You should feel awful with this contribution and probably your entire entire life. You are truly a mean and worthless pig!

My all-time sports hero since I started following sports in 1968... he is a real example of what a person and a man should be. I salute you for being a hero to me and am praying and wishing you and your family peace and serenity. God be with you and may we meet in Heaven.

One of my true thrills as a kid growing up was meeting Harmon at Twins function. He is/was truly nice nice man, who was the Twins organization for the first part of their existance. A great man, a great baseball player and just a truly great human being.
