atheism isn't defiance
it's an acceptance of reality
and reality is something we hold firm to
beleiving in things other than reality is defiance, and it is strongly and deludedly clung to

It's better to believe in science and reason then to believe in fairy tales that promise a magical heaven after death to make them feel better.
What ever awaits me when I die I am ready for it.
