mFOLFOX6 and erlotinib treatment for metastatic or advanced Eso/GEJ cancers

As study conducted by the researchers at Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA have shown that mFOLFOX6 and erlotinib combination therapy is active and has an acceptable toxicity profile in patients with adenocarcinoma of the oesophagus/gastro-oesophageal junction (GEJ). A total of 33 patients were treated and evaluated in this study.
