Different bone drugs have stirred up controversies due to a string of adverse effects that have been reported to occur in several patients. People should be careful on the medications they take and surgeries they undergo because these may just worsen their condition like the defective medical products. It can't be denied that osteoprosis drugs help protect patients from further osteoporosis damage, although the risk of adverse effects is also part of the package. Fosamax, for instance, while it has been proven to reduce the risk of fractures, has also been linked to a rare jaw disease that leads to the death of the jawbone.
