One needs to change to a mainly alkaline diet. High consumption of tea, coffee, white flour/white sugar products are detrimental to people with GERD
I recommend Chlorella, Aerobic Oxygen and Noni Juice
The diet has to be changed over a period of 3/4 weeks.
Digestive enzymes are a great help too.
