After being tortured by eczema my entire life, and getting only worse and worse (Im 21) I took maters into my own hands and figured out what was really going on. Doctors only mask the symptoms by giving you steroids and other medication that only inhibits your immune system. Doctors will not help, they only make things worse. I went to a natural path a friend recommended. The first thing the natural path recommended was I get allergy tested. So I spent the 200$ dollars to get it done. I did the IgG test which is more like food intolerances. Best think I ever did! The test came back from US Bio Tek and it showed I was allergic to gluten, wheat, whole wheat, barley, almonds, eggs, and moderately allergic to a bunch of other stuff. Eggs, almonds, and Gluten where the big ones (extremely allergic). So for 3 weeks I cut out all gluten, eggs and dairy. And Boom! I never felt better in my life. By the 3rd week all my eczema cleared, asthma started to go away too. I really am allergic to these things. I was also taking evening primrose oil which makes your skin feel very moist and lushes. I recommend the supplement very much as well. I couldnít believe this could be my skin. I also noticed my memory and energy started functioning better! I slowly started adding foods back in to see what would happen. Dairy didnít really cause too much of a problem but then I added gluten back in and it caused a really bad eczema attack Ė with in hours! So Iíve been allergic to gluten my whole life and didnít realize it! Which sucks because almost everything that tastes good has gluten in it!

So I recommend to everyone to get allergy tested, or at least try a gluten/ egg free diet. You have to do for at least 3 weeks to start seeing the results. I almost gave up because it was only getting worse 2 weeks in the diet but then around the 3rd week your skin really begins to clear!

Seriously! Cure me! Allergies are no fun, especially in the spring time for me. I'm trying to learn some ways to overcome them. Any tips?
