Hello, if you're looking for a qualified nutritionist with a science background who has experience in dealing with eczema and allergies, I am based in Bristol city centre, UK. I am hoping to help others dealing with eczema by providing relevant dietary and lifestyle advice, with a focus on proper nutrition.

I have suffered from eczema since childhood and was taking azathioprine for two years as it became uncontrollable despite the usual cocktail of steroids and antihistamines. I now manage it through a combination of products that work well for me and a diet that reduces inflammation and avoids food allergens. I still get the odd flare up, and probably always will. Sometimes my diet isn't perfect but eating well has worked well for me and I hope that I can help you too.
