I have suffered with eczema and weird skin problems on my hands for years. I have been on the candida diet (green veg, chicken, fish, probiotics, antifungals, vitamins, etc) for 3 months. Gradually my fungal fingers started to regain some of their normal-ness but the rest of my hands became redder and redder, and what I'd call full blown eczema started taking over. This is what is considered part of the die off effect. So I persevered with the diet. In the mean time I ordered kefir grains from The Kefir Lady (look her up on google). I started drinking that twice a day and I read about the positive effects of applying kefir directly to the problem areas of skin. With in one week me rashy red embarrassing hands are nearly back to normal. I cannot believe the power of kefir.
Warning for anyone trying this: It burns like crazy and you want to chop your hands off at first, for at least 20 min after applying. But the pain and irritation subsides and you can leave the kefir caked on over night as you sleep or even during the day. I kept it on as much as possible. I hope this works for someone out there!

Would using just vaseline work if you use it on a daily basis? Has anyone seen or tried the http://remedieshealth.com/eczema forever free book? Do you think it works?
