Eczema

I had Eczema really bad the first three years of my life and then it went away. I got it back it back at 64 and it was really bad again. After trying sea salt baths, ointments, and a dozen other things I found on line, my wife gave me a simple solution. I took fish oil caplets and Flax oil caplets and that did not help! What my wife suggested was taking them in liquid form. The Flax oil from Rainbow Foods was inexpensive but the liquid fish oil from Alaska sold at a specialty store is expensive, but worth every penny. The flax oil is under $10.00 the Fish oil I get from Lakewinds $40.00. I took a tablespoon of each for six months and it all disappeared! I was afraid that I was stuck with Eczema for the rest of my life and now completely cured. I have cut back to a teaspoon of each now with no problem. I do avoid fried foods, but now I can have bacon and fries once in a while. I am Eczema free now for two years.
