Eczema from dishwashing

I started dishwashing about a year ago at a restaurant. After a few weeks of dishwashing I developed eczema on my wrists and in between my fingers. At first I thought it was just a rash so I didn't take it to seriously after a while it got worse so I decide to go to the doctor. He told me I had an allergic reaction from the dishsoap and he prescribed me novo-clobetasol cream0.05% it was a steroid cream. This removed most of the eczema but it left small wrinkled patches on my two k hackles and some dry patches on my ring finger. No matter how much cream I put on these patches won't go away. I think they might be scars of eczema because when it got really itchy I used to scratch those areas. Then later I realized on my ring finger that my Cuticle on my ring finger was all puffed up and I don't know how to get it back to normal. Another thing that could be making the problem worse is that since I work in a kitchen my hands get irritated when I work around certain foods and this happens on a regular basis so I can't help it. After I take a shower or wash my hands the eczema gets really dry. I plan on being a chef when I'm older so I can't exactly stay away from any food that irritates me and I don't want to be having to wear gloves. What can I use to permanetly get rid of the eczema and clear up my swollen cuticle besides wearing gloves. Is their a product that will permanetly remove eczema. If so could you list it.
